One (1) SMS is 160 characters long, emoijis and special characters count as more than one character.
If the SMS is longer than 160 chars, the first part is reduced to 154 chars, then the rest is moved to a second sms.
If the second part is longer than 154 chars another part/sms is created, and so on.

Using the text and codes from templates in Clinic+ will give a shorte sms because names, appointments, url’s etc may be longer than the markup in the templates
