How to handle home loan of frames, sunglasses etc. in ExtendaGO POS

In an optical store people sometimes need to borrow a set of 2 or more frames home to decide which frame they want. Handling this can be done in ExtendaGo POS like this:

1. Add the items to the POS order by scanning or select them from the screen

2. Add the customer to the order by search after clicking ‘ADD CUSTOMER’. If the customer is not found, create the customer in Clinic+, and click send to POS. Search again in POS to add the customer.

3. Add a comment about the lending.

4. Add a pickup time to control when the customer should return the items.

5. Send the order to the same store that you are in by clicking 'SEND CUSTOMER ORDER' and select the store.
