To connect a Nets terminal to ExtendaGo POS, first the terminal needs to download dataset/Get Issuers, before the terminal is able to connect to our Cloud. Try Main menu - Merchant menu - Get Issuers.
Second, go to POS Backoffice→ Settings → Terminals.
Select the Wifi integration Nets Cloud
Just enter your username, password and tap refresh to select the terminal by it’s id. Then select the terminal and tap “Save” button. When offline mode is enabled, terminal will no longer be connected to the POS and amount to pay should be entered manually to it.
