Clinic+ allows you to add a Deposit on the order in Extenda Go. This is done through Add Deposit button in top of order.
You can add as many deposit amount as you want, but you cannot add more deposit than the total amount on the order. This is a limitation in Extenda Go.
The deposit added is then sent to Extenda Go for pre payment. To pay it in POS find the order in the list of open orders and press Pre Payment (Forskuddsbetaling). The order will show up in POS with the total order amount, but when you press Pay only the deposit amount will appear.
When paid, the receipt is printed. This receipt is just showing the order without the actual deposit payment. This is a bug that Extenda Go will fix, but for now you need to write on the receipt the deposit amount.
In Clinic+ - you can check if the deposit is payed by pressing the Deposit button again.
The first line - Payed deposit on order - is showing what is actually payed in POS.
If you wish to pay more deposit, you can add more in the Deposit popup, go to POS and pay. Then only the additional deposit is shown for payment. This can be repeated as long as the order is not completed.
When the order is payed in full, the payed deposit is withdrawn from the total amount on the order.
