If you wish to create you’re own templates for use in note fields you can do that from the config pages. These note fields are available in journal, letters, epicrisis, referrals etc.
Go to menu Configuration → Config Pages and click on the level you wish to create the template. A template created in Chain is available for the entire chain. A template created in Clinic is only available in the clinic you are logged into.
Select Note Templates from drop down. From here you can either create new templates or edit existing ones.
New
To create a new template, click on New
Here you add where the category - where the template belongs. Ex. Journal. Then what field in the journal you wish to use the template. Give the template a descriptive name and you can also add a value for the order if you wish. That will be the sorting of the templates in the Journal.
In content you write the template text and press Save.
Edit
To edit the name of the template, change the connected note field, order, delete or create a copy of a template, select the row and click on the icons to the right. They are Edit, Copy or Delete.
To edit the content of the template click on the row and click on Edit in the right note field box.
When done editing, click on Save.
The template is now available for use.
