Zebra ZD411 - Printer configuration

Follow this guide to set up your Zebra ZD411 printer correctly for use with Extenda GO CTRL app

1. Make sure you have selected “Salg og Innstillinger” in the top menu. From there, press the printer icon in the top right corner

Select your printer (make sure a checkmark is shown on the right side)
In the scroll menu select “Smykker 12 x 55 mm” under “Svart mellomromsmarkering”

Press the arrow up/down ikon in the top right and press “ja”
you will se the printer spitting out a few labels

Go to Appstore and download Zebra Printer Setup Utility
Open it up and press “Oppdag skrivere”

A list of printers will show on your list. In this case we are connection to a network printer and have to choose the one with the icon seen under. if you are connection through bluetooth then pick the one with bluetooth icon.

Now you will be presentet with the home page. from here choose “Utskriftskvalitet”

Choose “Juster manuelt”

Set the values as you se below and press “Neste”

Then press “Bruk”

Now you are thrown back to the main menu. Here you can press “Medieinnstillinger”

Here you can press “Medieinnstillinger”

Width: should be: 2,17 tommer
Length should be: 0,55 tommer
Press Neste

Now take a restart of your GO CTRL app and printer. Then make a testprint on the GO CTRL app
