Clinic+ have a connection against Folkeregisteret that can be used to get the correct information on new and existing clients. The connection is available on New client and Update client.
New client
Type inn first name, last name and full SSN (Personnr) on the client and click on Lookup (Oppslag). If client is found it will show up like you see here and you can add the client info in Clinic+. You need to type in all 3 values before lookup can be done, this is rules from Folkeregisteret.
The name is a phonetically search. This means that you don’t need to spell the name exactly right. If you type first name Tore, a person named Thore will also be found. SSN is written with numbers only. No other characters or space inside the number.
Unfortunately the mobile number and e-mail is not available in Folkeregisteret, this must be added manually.
Update client
To update the client info, click on the pencil icon in top left corner of the client page.
Same rules as on New client. First name, last name and full SSN is required to do a lookup.
