Prism values on journals in Clinic+ is added using normal prism values with two decimals and no rounding. Both comma and dot is allowed as decimal separator. Example 1.22.
Base curve is added using TABO scale value (0-100) or the keywords IN, OUT, UP or DOWN (case insensitive). These keywords will be translated into correct TABO scale value.
Example if you write IN on the OD eye, this will be translated into 0, while writing IN on the OS eye will be translated into 180. UP = 90 and DOWN = 270 on both eyes.
